With a talented team of over 120 developers, we offer a range of services, including fixed-cost projects, the time and material model, and staff augmentation. Our extensive tech stack includes Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang, Data Engineering, Data Science, Cloud & DevOps, Ionic, Flutter, and React Native.

Navigating Different Models:

One of the exciting aspects of my role is handling various service models. Whether it's a fixed-cost project, time and material engagement, or staff augmentation, I am well-versed in providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

To keep our wheels turning, I actively generate leads from portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator. Nurturing these leads involves understanding their requirements and offering the perfect tech solution that aligns with their goals.

Staff Augmentation Process:

In staff augmentation scenarios, I work closely with clients who share their job descriptions. Leveraging this information, I curate matching resumes and facilitate interviews. Once the right candidate is selected, they seamlessly integrate into the client's team, working 8 hours a day, 160 hours a month. Invoices are shared monthly, with payments cleared within 10 days.

Fixed-Cost Projects:

When dealing with fixed-cost projects, I dive deep into understanding the client's project details. Collaborating with our team leads, we estimate the project scope, including hours, front-end and back-end technologies, and the necessary resources. Technical calls are arranged to address any queries and ensure alignment with the client's vision.

In a nutshell, my role is a blend of proactive lead generation, strategic nurturing, and meticulous management of project models.
