About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will work on building data-driven solutions, developing machine learning models, and extracting insights to support business decisions. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the USA, with preference for those familiar with the Philadelphia market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
2. Build, train, and deploy machine learning models
3. Work with structured and unstructured data
4. Collaborate with engineering and product teams
5. Develop data pipelines and automate workflows
6. Present findings using dashboards and visualization tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in data science or analytics
3. Strong knowledge of Python, R, or similar languages
4. Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
5. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
6. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
7. Understanding of statistics and predictive modeling

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
3. Experience in NLP or deep learning
4. Prior remote work experience
