Ispecx is a SaaS application in which different domains and subdomains can register into this platform and can select the desired role as either inspector, organization admin, or super admin and can do the inspection and can make a report. This app is all about an inspector who will be going to inspect and make an agreement for the report.

Business problem

The home inspection process for property sales and rentals is often inefficient, leading to errors and compliance challenges for inspectors, clients, agents, and agencies. Current methods lack effective tools for scheduling inspections, managing asbestos and lead testing, and generating comprehensive reports. This project aims to create a Rails-based Home Inspection Software that streamlines the inspection process, integrating features such as advanced scheduling, detailed sampling with imaging, 360° views, extensive libraries, and customizable report templates. By automating these tasks, the software will enhance efficiency, reduce human effort, and ensure compliance with US regulations.

Tech solution

This Rails-based Home Inspection Software streamlines the inspection process for property sales and rentals, complying with US government regulations. It manages multiple organizations, branches, agencies, and members, simplifying tasks for inspectors, clients, agents, and agencies. Key features include scheduling(inspections), detailed asbestos sampling with images, 360° hotspot views, extensive libraries, and advanced report templates. It also used molds and lead for testing done from the labs. Also had a feature that create the dynamic data pdf's and reports that can be exported. It transforms a labor-intensive task into an efficient, user-friendly tool, significantly reducing human effort.
