Job Title: Assistant React.js Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant React.js Developer who is passionate about building user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient and reusable components for our web platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
• Implement user interface components following React.js workflows (such as Redux).
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to create responsive and seamless web experiences.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to improve overall product quality.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure best practices are followed in development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in developing web applications using React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
• Proficient in version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of unit testing and front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or similar.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to overcome them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Typescript and its integration with React.
• Experience with Next.js or similar React-based frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.

Soft Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
